Does DOAP work on sticky, high hydration sourdough?

Yes. DOAP was invented by a sourdough baker especially for sticky, stubborn high-hydration doughs, which are especially tricky to wash off.

Is DOAP® dishwasher safe?

YES! DOAP is dishwasher safe. You can also soak it in water for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse. Always let your DOAP dry between uses.

Should I get the Classic or the Mini?

The Classic suits adult hands and normal jobs. The Mini is sized for smaller hands, starter jars and tight spots. The Classic + Mini Bundle saves 15% and ships by early December.
