ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled on weekdays from 8:00 AM til 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Any orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day. Each DOAP is handmade to order, and will be fulfilled in the order received. Orders usually ship within 10-14 days after an order is received. Fulfillment is done in house. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your shipping number to be active. Depending on the country some international tracking numbers may not be updated once the package leaves the US.
DOAP is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Package insurance is included in your purchase, however, any packaged marked “Return To Sender”, “Insufficient Address”, “Unable To Forward” or the like will be immediately refunded LESS ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS + $10 FOR LABOR, TRANSPORTATION, PACKAGING MATERIAL COSTS, AND CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES.
Gift Boxes marked “Return To Sender” and/or “Insufficient Address” can be re-sent for a $15 fee (includes new shipping costs), or a flat refund of $20 can be issued (Domestic orders only).
REFUND POLICY
To initiate a refund immediately after purchase, contact us at: contact@getdoap.com. Once an order has shipped, refunds are no longer accepted.
For orders that have not yet shipped, we offer full refunds for product and shipping LESS CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES (3% of the order price).

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy! All personal information submitted to us is kept strictly confidential & will never be shared. We may contact you on occasion via email for special promotions, sales or new designs, but only if you elect to receive marketing emails.
DATA SHARING
• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
DOAP LLC Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@getdoap.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
